Education/Training: Bachelor of Science degree from University of Florida in 1985; Juris Doctorate from University of Miami School of Law in 1988; Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
Mr. Allweiss, 41, is the former Chairman/CEO of the Offshore Racing Division of the American Power Boat Association and was responsible for the formulation and implementation of the technical rules and processes. He served as a member of the Division governing board as well as its chief legal counsel. He also is a former member of the APBA's national legal committee and served as a member of the APBA national board of directors. He is an accomplished racer as well winning numerous races, awards and championships and achieving boat racing's highest honor in 1998 when he was inducted into the APBA Hall of Champions.
